Policies & Procedures

Cancellation Policy:

•A 5 hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellation

•A text/call must be sent to the phone number listed on your confirmation email

•For any cancellation with less than a 5 hour notice, you will be charged the full price of your missed service

No show Policy:

•1st offense-Failure to show for a scheduled appointment, you’ll be required to pay for the missed appointment before services are provided

•2nd offense- Any unpaid service is due at time of booking, and newly requested service will be pre-paid

•3rd offense- You will no longer be allowed to book with Barber Masters Barbershop

• Once balance is squared away, previous occurrences are wiped clear

Tardiness Policy:

•I reserve the right to decline any service to a client who is 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy:

• NO REFUNDS ALLOWED

•If you are unsatisfied with your cut you have a 24 hour grace period to notify me a fix is being requested

Pet Policy:

No matter how much you love pets, they are NOT ALLOWED IN THE SHOP
